With consideration to the entry into force of the provisions of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”), and in particular Article 13 GDPR, we kindly inform you of the following.

2.     Purposes for processing and legal basis of processing

We will use your personal data for purposes related to cooperation and communication between you and us. If necessary, access to such data can be provided exclusively to companies we participate with in order to successfully cooperate and communicate with you.

 

3.     Period of retention of personal data

We will retain your personal data until the moment the rights and duties arising from contracts concluded with you are realized.

 

4.     Recipients of data

We will provide your personal data to our suppliers, who will provide us with services associated with the processing of personal data, such as IT service providers, companies we cooperate with in activities regarding transport, logistics, spedition, insurance, finance, and our newsletter, our webpage, the sale of our products, offering our services, communicating with you, ensuring our services are complete and of the highest possible quality, etc.

Such recipients will use your personal data only in accordance with our instructions, on the basis of a contract we have concluded with them. 

 

5.     Your rights regarding the processing of personal data and automated decision-making

Because we are using your personal data, you have the right to:

a.       withdraw your consent to the processing of your data,

b.      access your personal data,

c.       demand rectification of your personal data,

d.      demand removal of your personal data,

e.       limit the processing of your personal data,

f.        object to the processing of your personal data because of your particular situation – in cases when we use your personal data on the basis of our legally justified interest,

g.       transfer your personal data; in other words, to receive your personal data from us in a structured, commonly used computer format that can be read by machine. You can send this data to another administrator, or demand that we send your data to another administrator. However, we will do this only in case it is technically possible. The right to transfer your personal data applies only to data we process on the basis of a contract with you or of your consent.

The right to withdraw your consent

At every moment you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing by us of your personal data. However, withdrawal of this consent will not apply to our use of your personal data during the period when that consent was in effect. In other words, on the legal compliance of processing that was done on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.

The right to file a complaint with the proper authority

You also have the right to file a complaint with the public authority responsible for oversight of personal data protection. In Poland, where we are based, this is the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
