Transport challenges - how to transport a train by truck?
In DONE! challenges motivate us to work even harder. These include the order we perform regularly for one of our customers - the transport of 2.6 tonnes of roofing to train carriage.
The cargo, measuring 5 m × 3 m × 2 m, every week travels from Rawicz to the port town of Vado Ligure, located on the Italian Riviera (over 1300 km). Roof coverings are transported by a full truck, platform type semi-trailer. The cargo is covered with tarpaulin and fastened with special belts.
The body with a platform without walls guarantees the total safety of the loads. This form of transport gives the possibility of free placement of large-size cargo, without worrying about their possible damage.
