How much time should I plan for an interview?

It is difficult to determine the exact duration of an interview. However, if nothing unexpected happens, 30 minutes should be enough. Don’t worry. We respect (value) your time and the interview will start on time according to the previously agreed arrangements.

Who will take part in an interview?

Depending on the job position you apply for, HR Manager – Agnieszka and probably one manager from Shipping Managers or other department will take part in the interview.

What will I not be asked at an interview?

We respect your privacy, therefore we will not ask about any family-related matters. You have fiancé, husband, children? Great! If you want to mention that, we have nothing against. We can assure you that you will not feel like during a questioning.

How does the next step of the recruitment process after an interview look like?

There is no clear answer to this question, as we act differently with regard to Forwarders or other job positions.

Can I influence the results of the interview before it even happens?

Do you think it is a joke? Absolutely not! If we invite you to an interview, this means that we have found your person interesting. To increase your chances, we encourage to prepare yourself to the meeting. Believe us – we also prepare to have meeting with you. If you did not read, ask about our company before sending your CV, now it would be time for doing it. :)

What period of employment should I expect?

It depends only on you. We do not look for employers only for one project. We want long-term cooperation. In our company you do not have to be worried about your future. If you do not manage at one position, we will try to find another one for you. :)
