We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the rare 0.4% of cases when we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of significant delays caused by us, freight charges may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an 'all risks' Cargo insurance during booking, covering almost the entire value of the goods.
