Every transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% for on-time loading and 98.7% for on-time delivery. In the event of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be refunded up to 100%.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, you can add an 'all risks' cargo insurance upon booking that covers nearly the total value of the goods.
