Yes. This case illustrates our standard way of working: same-day or next-day loading, coverage across 37 European countries, network of over 33,000 verified vehicles and real-time tracking via the DONE Space digital platform.
We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we can't provide a vehicle, we offer €500 compensation.
Every shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% of on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In the event of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
By default, all shipments are covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, all-risk Cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods can be added at booking.
