We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery. In case of major delays due to our fault, freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system enables us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
For the building sector, we use suitable trucks with reinforced strapping, side tarpaulins, and, if necessary, tail lifts. Deliveries are made directly without transshipment, reducing the risk of damage to heavy or long materials.
