We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a compensation of €500.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve ratios of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delays attributable to us, the freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, additional 'all risks' cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods can be added at the time of booking.
