A building industry manufacturer specializing in custom aluminum joinery needed to deliver its products to environmentally demanding construction sites. Managing bulky and fragile products, as well as reducing the risk of damage during direct (no-reloading) transport, were key. Our transport team implemented tailored logistics solutions using specific vehicles, ensuring maximum protection for the joinery throughout deliveries across Western France.

We offer various types of vehicles: vans, curtain-sided trucks, box trucks, and refrigerated vehicles. Depending on the project, we can add tail lifts, pallet trucks, and handle ADR goods.
We use a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
For the construction sector, we use adapted trucks, with reinforced strapping, side tarpaulins, and, if necessary, tail lifts. Deliveries are made direct, with no transshipment, to reduce the risk of damage to heavy or long materials.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, an 'all risks' Cargo insurance can be added during booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
