We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time map tracking, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, all-risk cargo insurance that covers nearly the total value of the goods.
