We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot supply a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In case of significant delays due to our fault, freight can be refunded up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, an 'all risks' Cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the merchandise can be added when booking.
