We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer €500 compensation.
We offer various vehicle types: vans, curtain siders, box trucks, and refrigerated trucks. Depending on the project, we can add tail lifts, pallet jacks, and handle ADR goods.
We follow a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, additional 'all risks' cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods can be added at booking.
