We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we can't provide a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.
Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. If there is a significant delay that is our fault, the freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step vetting process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and DONE internal score. This allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, an optional all-risk Cargo insurance can be added at booking to cover nearly the entire value of the goods.
