You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
For furniture, we use clean vehicles, direct loading without intermediate reloading, and carriers accustomed to handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% damage-free delivery rate is supported by extended CMR insurance and, if necessary, an optional all-risk insurance.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add all-risk Cargo insurance at the time of booking, covering nearly the entire value of the goods.
