Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the case of major delays due to our fault, we can reimburse the freight up to 100%.
We follow a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance validation, reputation review, analysis of performance history, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, an all-risk Cargo insurance that covers nearly the entire value of the goods.
