We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of significant delays due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automated statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every shipment is covered by carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add “all risks” Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the entire value of the goods.
