Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve an on-time loading rate of 99.2% and an on-time delivery rate of 98.7%. In the event of a significant delay caused by us, freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We use a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, every shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with limits up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add all-risk Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the full value of the shipment.
