You benefit from comprehensive tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it's possible to add, at booking, 'all risks' cargo insurance which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
