We use a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system enables us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, an optional 'all-risks' Cargo insurance can be added at booking, covering nearly the entire value of the goods.
You have full tracking through DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automated status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
Every shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In the case of significant delay at our fault, freight may be refunded up to 100%.
