Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% of on-time loadings and 98.7% of on-time deliveries. In the event of a significant delay due to our fault, the freight may be refunded up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value cargo, it is possible, at the time of booking, to add an all-risk Cargo insurance that covers nearly the entire value of the goods.
