We rely on a network of more than 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases when we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve an on-time loading rate of 99.2% and an on-time delivery rate of 98.7%. In the event of significant delay due to our fault, the freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, an 'all risks' Cargo insurance, which covers almost the entire value of the goods.
