We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of a significant delay caused by our fault, up to 100% of the freight charge may be refunded.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add all-risk Cargo insurance during booking, covering nearly the total value of the goods.
