We use a five-step vetting process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
You receive complete tracking via DONE Space: live map tracking, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
For furniture, we use clean vehicles, direct shipments without transshipment, and carriers experienced with sensitive goods. Our 99.95% damage-free delivery rate is supported by extended CMR insurance, and, if required, an all-risks insurance option.
By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an all-risks Cargo insurance covering nearly the total value of the goods at booking.
