We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In case of significant delays due to our fault, the freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
For the construction sector, we use suitable trucks with reinforced strapping, side tarps, and, if necessary, tail lifts. Deliveries are made directly, without transshipment, to reduce the risk of damage to heavy or long materials.
