Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% of on-time loadings and 98.7% of on-time deliveries. In the event of a significant delay due to our fault, the freight may be refunded up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add all-risk Cargo insurance at booking, covering almost the entire value of the goods.
