A French craft beer producer faced the challenge of growing its B2B distribution while managing vehicle availability and reliability, particularly given the seasonality of its flows. By accessing a vast network of vehicles covering Europe, deliveries to new markets and management of seasonal peaks were ensured, while maintaining a vehicle availability rate of 99.98%. Shipments across multiple French and European regions were handled without building a dedicated fleet.
