Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In case of significant delays caused by us, freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time map monitoring, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR), with a limit of up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add 'all risks' Cargo insurance during booking, covering almost the full value of the goods.
