We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery. In the event of a significant delay at our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from comprehensive tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible at booking to add “all-risk” Cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods.
