We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We reach a rate of 99.2% for on-time loadings and 98.7% for on-time deliveries. In the event of a significant delay caused by us, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add all-risk Cargo insurance at booking, covering almost the full value of the goods.
