Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time delivery. In case of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We use a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and internal DONE scoring. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an “all-risks” Cargo insurance at booking, covering virtually the full value of the goods.
