Every shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We maintain a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In case of significant delay due to our fault, up to 100% of the freight may be refunded.
You receive full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival) and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
We use a 5-step vetting process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
