We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a 99.6% vehicle availability rate. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and a 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In cases of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be refunded up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, additional 'all-risk' Cargo insurance covering almost the entire value of the goods can be added during booking.
