We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer €500 compensation.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay on our part, the freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
We follow a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
For the construction sector, we use suitable trucks with reinforced strapping, side tarpaulins, and, if necessary, tail lifts. Deliveries are made directly, without transshipment, to reduce the risk of damage to heavy or long materials.
