You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors each step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at booking, an 'all-risk' Cargo insurance that covers nearly the full value of the goods.
