You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, every transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, 'all risks' Cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the merchandise can be added at booking.
