We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to reach a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In the event of significant delays due to our fault, freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
For furniture, we use clean vehicles, direct loads with no intermediate reloading, and carriers experienced in handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% damage-free rate is supported by extended CMR insurance and, if needed, an 'all risks' insurance option.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add 'all risks' Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the full value of the goods.
