A major player in the distribution of spare parts for vintage and classic vehicles faced the need to make its B2B deliveries more reliable while ensuring transport availability, flexibility, and protection for valuable goods. Our transport team implemented a tailor-made logistics solution using a pan-European network of vetted vehicles, with specialized tracking and insurance in France, Belgium, and the DACH region. This enabled fast scaling without investing in a private fleet while ensuring a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%.
