We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delays due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system lets us reach a delivery damage-free rate of 99.95%.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at booking, all-risk Cargo insurance, which covers almost the entire value of the goods.
