We rely on a network of more than 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.

You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automated status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, you can add 'all-risks' Cargo insurance at the time of booking, which covers nearly the full value of the goods.
