You benefit from full real-time tracking via DONE Space: live tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every stage to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, you can add 'all-risk' Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the entire value of the goods.
