We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we are unable to provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We reach an on-time loading rate of 99.2% and an on-time delivery rate of 98.7%. In the event of significant delays due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We implement a five-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, an additional 'all risks' cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods can be added at booking.
