We rely on a network of over 13,000 vetted carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading rate and 98.7% on-time delivery rate. In the event of significant delays caused by us, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from comprehensive tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier’s liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it's possible to add, during booking, an 'all-risks' cargo insurance covering nearly the full value of the goods.
