Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
If we are unable to provide a vehicle as agreed, you receive compensation of €500. In case of significant delay caused by DONE Deliveries, we apply our punctuality guarantee, which can include a full refund of transport costs.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at the time of booking, 'all risk' Cargo insurance which covers nearly the entire value of the goods.
