We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of a DONE internal score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% on-time loading ratio and a 98.7% on-time delivery ratio. In case of a significant delay caused by us, freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by the carrier’s liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per incident. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at booking, all-risk Cargo insurance that covers nearly the full value of the goods.
