We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This allows us to reach a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer a €500 compensation.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system enables us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add, at booking, all-risk Cargo insurance covering virtually the entire value of the goods.
