We rely on a network of over 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is tracked 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a 99.2% rate for on-time loading and 98.7% for on-time delivery. If significant delays occur due to our fault, freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
We apply a five-step verification process: legal and compliance checks, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with coverage up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, it is possible to add an ‘all-risk’ cargo insurance during booking, which covers almost the full value of the shipment.
