We apply a 5-step verification process: legal and compliance check, insurance verification, reputation review, performance history analysis, and assignment of an internal DONE score. This system allows us to achieve a 99.95% damage-free delivery rate.
For furniture, we prioritize clean vehicles, non-stop loading (no intermediate reloading), and carriers experienced in handling sensitive products. Our 99.95% rate of damage-free deliveries is supported by extended CMR insurance and, if necessary, an 'all risks' insurance option.
