We rely on a network of more than 13,000 verified carriers and 33,000 trucks and vans. This enables us to achieve a vehicle availability rate of 99.6%. In the 0.4% of cases where we cannot provide a vehicle, we offer compensation of €500.
Each transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. If a significant delay occurs due to our fault, the freight may be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from complete tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic status updates (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate issues and keep you informed.
By default, each transport is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, additional all-risk Cargo insurance can be purchased at booking to cover nearly the full value of the cargo.
