Each shipment is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a ratio of 99.2% on-time loading and 98.7% on-time deliveries. In case of significant delay caused by us, up to 100% of the freight may be reimbursed.

By default, each shipment is covered by carrier liability insurance (CMR) with a limit up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, you can add all-risk Cargo insurance at booking, covering nearly the total value of the goods.
