Every transport is monitored 24/7 by our Track & Trace department. We achieve a rate of 99.2% on-time loadings and 98.7% on-time deliveries. If a significant delay occurs due to our fault, the freight can be reimbursed up to 100%.
You benefit from full tracking via DONE Space: real-time tracking map, automatic statuses (loading, departure, arrival), and email notifications. Our Track & Trace team monitors every step to anticipate problems and keep you informed.
By default, every transport is covered by the carrier's liability insurance (CMR) with a limit of up to €300,000 per claim. For high-value goods, an 'all risks' Cargo insurance covering nearly the entire value of the goods can be added at booking.
